WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD YOU ASK DURING A CONSULTATION?
We know that a roofing project can be stressful. To prepare you for it all, we have compiled a shortlist of questions to ask during the free consultation. Ask your project manager questions like how will my project be managed? What does the payment process look like? How can I avoid delays in my project? Is the license holder involved in my project?
WHAT ARE MY FINANCING OPTIONS?
Green Bay Roofing offers several financing options. Pay as you go financing is available as well as partnership with local financial institutions to whom Green Bay could refer you to for a loan for the project.
WHO DO I TALK TO IF PROBLEMS COME UP DURING CONSTRUCTION?
We have your back through the entire experience from design to materials purchasing, all the way to completion of the roofing project. You will be appointed a dedicated project manager to work with and manage your project end-to-end.
HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?
It depends on the scope of work. Each project varies, and so does its period. Typically, a project may take from two weeks to three months to finish, but we ensure the utmost accuracy and efficiency in our work.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK AND HOW MUCH IS THE DOWN PAYMENT?
We take 10% or $1,000 (whichever is lower) deposit to start your project. We then bill you for our project services after completion of each phase of the project. The last payment is made after the completion of the project.
